February 7th, Ethan turned six. He couldn't have been more excited. He had no school and he got donuts for breakfast. He got transformers and a new razor scooter. He had a great day.
On February 8th, Ethan invited seven of his friends to his Mario Party, and of course, he was dressed in his Mario costume!
Travis made the cakes again this year. Such talent!
February 9th, Kedzie celebrated her birthday with her two besties, Lindie and Cali. I wanted a special party since she was turning eight and she got to choose exactly what we did.
First, we went to the nail salon for painting of the nails!
Then, we went to Huckleberry where we had a lovely tea party!
The catch, the girls don't like tea, so thank goodness the waitress provided them with apple juice after they gave the herbal tea a try!
Sunday, February 10th, my baby girl turned eight and was thrilled with her gifts of
various Monster High items. She loved them.
This is a gift that my mom gave me when I was little.
And, I had the chance to give to Kedzie.
Now, to explain the Chinese Dragon cake?! Kedzie's birthday started on Chinese New Year and she was thrilled with this knowledge. Hence, the cake request! Happy year of the Snake everyone!
We had a great time celebrating the births of Ethan and Kedzie. What blessings they are in our lives. It wouldn't be the same without them. They bring us joy and happiness on a daily basis.
