So, I volunteered, when I wasn't thinking, to be in charge of the Kindergarten Valentine Party this year. Seriously, three major parties in one week?! Honestly! But, thanks to pinterest and some very creative mom out there, the party was a huge success. Kindergartners playing "minute to win it" games was great. Games from stacking conversation hearts to wrapping your neighbor up in crepe paper. Eating a cookie off your nose, sticking pom poms on your nose and tossing marshmallows.
What's not to love?! It turned out great.
I simply had to bring a cookies to Kedzie's party, so that was easy enough! The boys and I just showed up to watch her make a craft and eat some treats. We left early with her blessing. The boys were running up and down the halls! They were done. Anyway, it was fun.
And, thanks to pinterest, the fact I know how to "pin" and Travis's design skills, my kids and their friends and teachers had the cutest valentine's this year. Wouldn't you agree?
