Knee surgery chronicles

December 15th was a big day for Kedzie. The day her bone was cut and screwed and straightened and stitched and set at 20 degrees for the next 6-12 weeks. We were ready for the surgery, but didn't prepare well for the recovery. However, we are now over a week out and she's off oxy, getting up and down stairs on her own, showering and doing her chores! So impressed with her strength and her character. It's sad to see her go through so many serious surgeries in the past ten years, but man, she handles them well. So proud of her strength and her faith. And, aren't Lindie and Kedzie adorable?! Love them so much. Lindie and Erin came over to say good luck with surgery.
