Cabins and Thanksgiving and things in between

The weekend and days before Thanksgiving, the boys were lucky enough to be invited to grandma Julie's cabin near Cripple Creek. Their time there is always so much fun. They have a blast with Trindon and Braylon and they are so lucky to have Julie and Jina in their lives. They also got to hang out with Jen and Aydan this time around.

Kedzie did a few weeks of swim team and two swim meets prior to knee surgery. Here's the proof! Her poor knee hurts so much. Can't wait to get past surgery and back to living her life.

Travis painted this beautiful picture one evening, in four'ish hours, when he was bored. It beautifully hangs over our purple couch during the holiday season. I'm grateful for Travis's artistic talents.

Utah bound for Thanksgiving!

Wiley needed a fluffy pillow I guess!

How random to run into the Moffit brothers (Steven and Sam) at a gas station in Bear Lake, Utah. Sam (right) was one of my best friends in 10th grade. They have a cabin up there and were on a soda run. I was so happy and grateful for this miraculous run in. Brought a lot of fun memories including getting in trouble for being out until 3am with Sam, just talking! Nothing more. lol

Time with Grandma and Reggie are relaxing and full of food and shopping and just hanging out. Grateful we can't spend some quality time with them.

We had dinner at the Smith's house with Kris and all her girls and their families. Fun to be on a farm. Rob took everyone out to pigeon shoot. The boys enjoyed shooting a lot.

We spent some fun time, always, at Diana's. Phoebe got to see her mom and dad for the first time since we took her away from them! Aren't she and Otis so adorable?! Below are two really bad pictures of Phoebe and her mom Zoe.

Alex is off on his adventure!

We love Diana, Gary, Tip and Scottie.

Phoebe took a dive into a pond, got soaking wet and scared us. Ethan was about to jump in to save her when she decided to finish crossing the pond.

Grateful for our crazy family and that we are a forever family!

I decided that our family needed to go watch the Aggies play basketball. It was pre-season and minimal students, but we all had a great time and got some of the Kirk's to join us. Go Aggies!
