Ravi is a teenager. Gulp

Happy 13th birthday to Ravi!

It's hard to believe that my chunky baby boy is now a teenager...until you talk to him and then you are quickly reminded! Farts and all things inappropriate! Takes after his dad, I'm sure of it.  He is a snowboarder, minecrafter, naruto fan. He's friendly, smiley, kind, emotional, hard working, helpful, intelligent, rough, addicted to sugar, lover of walgreens and infuzed, social, wanderer and athletic. He keeps us on our toes and always praying that we will all make it to the next phase. Ethan has come so far in the past year in regards to his mental health. We are grateful he trusts and loves us, no matter what he says. He, Travis and I now read together for about thirty minutes every night in our bed, its a special time for us all. And, last night around 1am, he somehow found his way into our bed where I quickly sent him back to his room. So...he loves us and we love him. He loves spending money, and we are proud of the fact that he'll work to earn it. He keeps us busy every day and we love him. Happy birthday to our favorite white son! lol

Ethan is so kind to children. He plays with them and lets them climb on him and lets them teach him. Here is an example of him hanging out with our friend Tess. It melts my heart. 

THE SQUAD...how lucky is Ravi? Pretty darn lucky. He has a group of friends that are amazing. Adam, Tanner, Camden, Daniel, Ethan M and Kaiden are pictured here. Owen is in the next picture. Owen was the only kid with enough brains to not go running and diving into the snow during Ethan's birthday party! I'm grateful that these boys are active and smart. At this point in their 7th grade lives, they are all making good choices.  So grateful. 

Ethan's birthday party fun! I was in Phoenix with the little boys, so Travis and Kedzie pulled together his party. He just wanted his friends to come over, eat pizza and cake and hang out. It was pretty great. They played in the snow, played the piano, talked, watched the Simpson's (ugh) and made Ethan's day pretty special. Happy birthday buddy. (his buddy Mason is in a picture somewhere too.)
