Summer time

This year was a new adventure for our family. First summer in seventeen years that I haven't been around for anyone at any time of any day. It was an adjustment and not perfect, but it worked. The kids found things to do, got to be lazy, did their chores, found friends, hung out with each other, played more video games than I would have liked and in all of that; made memories and seem to be happy.

Ethan charged Kedzie to wash her car, but in the end, parents intervened and no one paid anyone!

Summer is always full of 3v3
Triston only played in one tournament, but he had a blast with his besties
Oliver, Sam, Triston, Marcos and Nathaniel

Alex and his crew of Wyatt, Mason, Cristian and Noah took home a 1st place!

Ethan had a great week at wrestling camp! He really loves the sport and the teammates

When he gets a hold of my phone during church, I keep the cute pictures!

Tough guy!

When Triston went to FSY for the week, Alex hung out with the twins for most of the week and loved every second. Playing and playing and playing from dawn til dusk. He's lucky to have such great friends and their amazing mama Jina.

Warming up for tennis

Alex even got to celebrate Jason's birthday with the Bradford crew

He went to a Rockies game with them and came back with a bat and ball

These kids went to FSY and enjoyed themselves. I was so happy that Ethan had Ben. It was tough on day two, but they stuck it out and seemed to have a great time in the end with each other and new friends. Triston of course made a lot of new friends and enjoyed his freedom! Kedzie's group was filled with kids from the stake and she loved being with her closest friends.

Since we didn't get any photos of T at FSY, the basketball tournament from the following weekend will have to do!
