Holy cow...I'm working full time now at St. Anthony North Hospital and that takes time away from things like the blog! So, it's time to play catch up!

Just watching some TV!
The Thornton Frogs had a swim a thon for the Louisville swim team. Alex's soccer teammate Zane is on the Louisville team, so Alex and I went to count laps for the event. I believe the frogs earned around $6,000 to help Louisville swimmers who lost all their gear in the Marshall fire. Awesome to be a part of the healing process for some.

This happened about three minutes into a wrestling tournament for Ethan! He was going down, put his arm out and it snapped. If he was going to break a bone, at least he did a great job! Both bones...ambulance, ED at my hospital and then Children's for surgery a few days later with plates, screws and a removable cast; OT for a couple months, no more snowboarding for the season and out of soccer until March. Pretty painful, he was funny on drugs, and enjoyed a few more days off of school!
He got pizza and Freddy's all the same night from his young men leaders, Davis and Odell.

This is Poppy...my co-worker Kristine's dog. We watched her for a week while they were in Florida. She got to go to work with Travis a few days and fit right in with the chaos of our home!
