Pretty much we will see the Rapids play a home game once a month. Here we are at April's game...mom and her four crazy boys. They had the best time and may have learned some heckling calls from surrounding fans. We laughed a lot. It was awesome.
Here's my one Easter picture. Is it awesome or what?! Okay, or what. At least we spent the time to boil some eggs and color them. Made everyone happy so we succeeded I suppose.
Ethan participated in his last choir concert. He says it's his last anyway. It was entitled "A Kids Life" and he did a great job. I think he enjoyed being with his friends each week.
I may or may not be getting some gray hair and I was bored with my color, so we gambled and won! I've got a little red going on in my brown hair these days and I love it. Now to keep up with it. Thanks to Travis, my hair dresser. He's pretty cheap.
Date night at POTL. We always enjoy being together and eating free food. I have the best husband for me. He knows me, he loves me and he cares for me. I couldn't ask for me. Thanks Travis.
New ward=new callings and I'm now the 2nd counselor in the Relief Society over our extra meetings. Hopefully they'll go well. We had our first impromptu one the week after the boundary change and it was a success. Travis was released from the Bishopric and is now the Stake Sunday School President. I'm excited to see what he does to help improve teaching in the stake. Onto a new adventure of making new friends and new memories.
Ethan's new look! Like? Okay, he had two teeth pulled so he can get an expander for his mouth.
Alex and his friend Bear were so cute sharing a seat in class, that I snapped a picture.
Ethan and his winnings from the school carnival. He has such great take in accessories.
Kedzie and Alex participated beautifully in their piano recital. They are both getting pretty good at playing the piano. We love their teacher Barbara Ence and look forward to seeing them grow in music over the next year. It was the best recital ever. 12 minutes start to finish!
Kedzie has some amazing teachers this year in her Keystone Core. The core met a fundraising goal, so they got to dress up and put make up on their teachers. Such great sports. Ms. Harguth, Ms. Britton, Mr. Fengler and Ms. Eubanks. Grateful for all they've taught my girl this year as she begins her journey through middle school.
We are nearing the end of the school year, and the end of the soccer and dance seasons. This year has literally flown by. I can't believe the kids only have 8 days left of school. Someone wake me up please. They're growing so quickly. It's so bitter sweet.
Alex was a guest player for Broomfield in a tournament in May. He had so much fun going back to see his buddies. They played awesome together and had a blast doing it. It rained a lot, so we were pretty soaked through most of it, but what a great memories for Alex. Thanks Brian Mercer.
