This is a post with a lot of pictures! I had a hard time leaving any pictures out.
My kids participated in their first triathlon in July. It was amazing. It was through the YMCA of Boulder Valley. Travis actually designed the t-shirts as the Y is one of their clients. Each of the kids did an amazing job. Even Kedzie completed it without much prodding with her leg! We were so proud of these kids. We did it with Jackson and Kai Nunnally. A wonderful morning at the tri and then we hung out at the Y's pool for a few hours. It was a great experience. Travis and I are trying really hard to teach our kids, while they are young, to love and appreciate their bodies and take great care of them. Go team Ravsten!
