Yesterday, Kedzie and I were working on her reading and writing and she started drawing and telling a story. I immediately grabbed a paper and pen and wrote down what she said.
Now, I don't really have a clue what story she was telling. Maybe you'll have a clue...probably not! Anyway, I had a hard time with paragraphs and periods, but gave it a shot. Here's to some laughter on your end from Kedzie, age 4.5!
The castle had stairs.
So the rock made people fall into the sand of the water.
A train tried to hurt a frog, then God made us a correction of the song.
Water bloomed up-it had a windshield hat.
It stood there. It had none.
So the cruck God have sent our Son.
So of the whale. Shamu the whale sprays a lot of water.
Gobble up all the water.
The train track, one day it broke. It had a crack.
All the stuff fell in the water.
A storm came of the darkest cloud.
The crown of the sept stood there.
The castle was built a long time ago. It had a big tall himp.
All the stars inside the sky. All the flowers shining shy of the dirt inside the flowers.
The grass had bloomed all day.
All the pictures sound hurray.
So I change my mind everyday.
Jesus has created a good world of our cars.
Of the stairs shining bright.
The mountain had they climbed up a rope.
They climbed the nearest thing.
Of the mountain they fell down into the deep blue see.
A cricket have sent our God. It was in the sand. Stopped all morning and cricked all night. It woke us up in the night of our seat.
The ground had no none of the top of the boat. It had a top so no water would get in.
The sun was bright of the boat.
The kids laughed and shined a right. Of the kids had the morning sun.
Of the moon and sky.
Gave everyone good night stars above.
The stars far far away stood there.
D's had no none.
They played and laughed together on the sand. Played all day in the sand. They had the top sand.
They had an anchor and throwed it in and hold onto it tight.
Stop the boat then they had the darkest clouds.
Of the sun shining bright.
You will love it every night."

Should I be worried if that made perfect sense? LOL! Aren't their little minds just amazing?
Thanks for the laugh ;). I'm not sure what I'm more impressed by - Kedzie's story, or your ability to transcribe it.
I loved reading this, it actually eased my mind because Olivia's stories make no sense either. PHEWWWWWW..

She evey rhymes her stories! What a cutie!
What a perfect little story teller. I love it.
