We made it back to in person school this year. We had some pre school things to do first. We had to have a sleep over with Daniel, Owen and Ravi. Love these boys. Ethan had to go to school a day early for a SOAR orientation, but he survived thanks to his buddy Tanner.
Ethan had to try out for the Horizon Soccer Team and made the JV squad. He is super excited to play and represent Horizon and be able to work every Saturday during fall season as a ref. He had a few scrimmages up in Greeley the weekend school started and has games almost every Tuesday/Thursday August through October. About six teammates from Rapids are on the team, along with a couple neighborhood friends. It's a great group. I'm excited that he chose to have this awesome experience.
Kedzie is a Link leader again this year which means she mentors incoming Freshman. And who better to partner up with than Melanie?! They had fun and snuck a pic of Ethan for me! Enjoy 11th grade my girl. I love you so much. I can't believe we only have one more year after this one of high school. Sob. You are an amazing individual.

Freshmen class of 2025! I can't believe he's a freshman already! Grateful for good friends and connections for him before heading into those halls.
