fall happenings

When I look at all the pictures I've taken, I realize just how much fun our lives our and how blessed we are.  There are tears and anger, frustrations and problems, but they aren't photographed.  So...I can take this time to be grateful for all the good times, the laughter, the achievements, the blessings.  And here are some of those good times over the past few months.

Bronco fan club! Love getting together with these families to watch a Bronco game together.

Ethan is now a wolf in cub scouts!

He's also the proud owner of a Manning poster for his room

And he's a goof ball! Slight chance he broke his arm in Utah, so we went in for an X-ray and yes, he picked out his own clothes.

Wow, this post has a lot of Ethan in it! The boys play soccer too ya know, I just don't have any good pictures of them! I'll work on that. Soccer has been new and challenging this season for Ethan and he's making it work.  He's truly grown in the sport with a new coach and a new team this year.  The littles continue to play like rock stars!

Celebrating Betsy's birthday with a game party and some carrot cake!

Every day after school, the littles gather other 1st graders and they play football for about 30 minutes.  It's so much fun to watch them figure out the sport and work together.

Ethan and I went to our first even Horizon High School Football game.  Super fun.  The next week, we took everyone and went to a soccer game.  We will do more of that in the future.

Alex is a pianist! He had his first recital.  He was the only student who went up without music and he's only been playing for five months and is in the middle of the pack of players.  My prayers that I might have a student with Travis's gift, just may be answered after all! Way to go Alex!

Best song leader in primary goes to Amy Busch! Last week was so much fun.  "I hope they call me on a mission. When I have grown a foot or two!" Ethan's two feet away from being as tall as Bro. Niles. The kids and adults had so much fun watching these kids sing and realize their potential.

We are truly blessed....well, and Ethan is clearly reaping the rewards of a fun life! I had better pay more attention to the other three! I swear I am.  I promise.  Really, I just need to take more pictures of them. Challenge accepted.
