The end of another school year

The end of another school year and No More Kindergarten for Me! Is it bad that I'm happy about that?! The half days, the lunches at 10:30am, the easy reading books! Wahoo! It really was fun to see the boys graduate and celebrate a great year of kindergarten. We loved it. Their teacher Ms. Jeppesen was fantastic. She handled a class of 26 5-6yo's in an amazing fashion.  She was loving and patient and kind.  I'm so grateful for what "the littles" learned this year.  They are in the top reading and math groups and are sooooo ready for 1st grade.
First and last days of kinder.  They all grew on so many levels!

The last week of school was spirit week.  Kedzie and Ethan were very "spirited!" Old person day, past/future day, wall street/cowgirl day, and PHE spirit day! It was fun for them.

Kedzie's class had their final book project the last week of school.  They all made games and correlated them to a book.  Very creative and fun.

Kedzie's teachers, Mrs. Nunnally and Mrs. Higgins taught this girl from when she went in as a second grader and out as a fifth grader.  When you put it in those terms, they were very integral in her education.  They are wonderful women who performed amazing work.  Kedzie worked hard too. She is above grade level at reading and killed herself to get to grade level in math.  We are very proud of her and the year she's had.  She's onto her last year of elementary school.  Is that even possible?

Field Day finally happened, in between all the rain.  It's always a fun day for the kids.

Best buddies: Jackson, Jada and Ethan
Best Buddies: Matthew, Triston and Alex
Great buddies: Kedzie and Amber
Mrs. Saenz and Ethan.  What a great year for Mr. Ethan.  He was the IT person and helper more often than not. He loved school and his teacher and friends.  It makes me so happy.  Can't wait to see what he learned and how he grows this next year.

The Stukas's invited us to their ice cream party on the last day of school! Another year complete and it was a huge success for all! My kids are turning into pretty amazing individuals; a lot of credit goes to their teachers.
