As usual, my kids love holidays and they make each holiday way more fun than if it were just Travis and I! This year we colored eggs for Easter with shaving cream and food coloring. It was messy, but everyone was happy. Wait, Ethan wasn't and just ended up coloring his the original way!
Easter fell on Conference weekend this year. So, it was peaceful and pajama-filled. Many wonderful talks on our Savior, Jesus Christ and His Atonement for each one of us. It was lovely. We had the sister missionaries over for Easter dinner.
Kedzie made a ghost costume...has nothing to do with Easter, but she had fun! And, Grandma Kathy provided the great Easter outfits again this year. I think this year Triston finally "got" what easter egg hunts are and was really excited about the hunt. He's becoming a Ravsten more and more.
I'm grateful for Easter ... a time to reflect on the life and death of my Savior. I'm grateful to know that He lives and loves me. I'm grateful that He has taken upon Himself, my sins. What a gift.
