I have come to love and appreciate various recreation centers in our area. Each one specializes in some sort of activity and we are finding their specialities and taking advantage of the classes they offer.
In January, I signed Kedzie up for a "Sportin' Around" Class and Ethan up for a preschool class, both at the same time! Of course, no pictures of Ethan in his class, but he sure had fun playing and doing crafts. He loved it.
As many of you are aware, Travis and I lack in our athletic abilities. I was thrilled to find this class that would give Kedzie a little exposure to Soccer, Basketball and Track and Field. As you can see by her face, I think she enjoyed the experience as well. She may even have some athletic abilities within her. At least, she doesn't hate sports and enjoyed learning and "exercising" as she calls it. We start a gymnastics class this next week. We are fortunate to live in such a great area with wonderful opportunities for our kids.
