How pleasantly surprised I was to walk into my friend Erin's house, expecting to go for a girls night out to Chili's with my cousin Dawn, when 15 wonderful women yelled out "surprise!" It was a party and it was for me! In celebration of passing my LCSW exam (after nine years of work and a lot of $) and the impending birth of baby Alex! It was fabulous.
Erin and Travis had worked so hard to surprise me and that they did! What a great evening I had with wonderful friends. And, I got loaded with darling things for Alex and most importantly a gift certificate to a luxurious spa for a little pampering following his birth.
It was amazing to fill all the love that ooozed from Erin's house, for me. I'm so grateful to have such wonderful friends and support in my life. Thanks Erin and Travis. Thanks ladies for your support, generosity and love! You are all amazing.

Can you tell someone said to me "put your chin up, it will make you look thinner" right before the picture was taken? LOL.
