A thought
Today, I went to Women's Conference. The theme was on serving in the Church and all the different things you can do. I was hoping and praying that the speaker would mention serving as a "mom" and he did! He said that it was the most important service position that a woman can be involved in. It was powerful as he mentioned that the way I raise my children will impact trillions and trillions of my future posterity. Therefore, it doesn't matter how many diapers I change, how many noses I wipe, how many temper tantrums I witness or tears that I dry up, how many moments of laughter, smiles that light up a room, or successes attained; I'm in the greatest service position the world has to offer and I'm grateful for it. That's all.

Emily this is so sweet. WE had a womens conference this weekend as well and one of our speakers hit on the same topic. She talked about how there is opposition in all things and to know the good we have to have some of the bad to appreciate it. Hence the temper tantrums, It was very motivating. She is getting me a copy and I'll send it to you when I get it.
How wonderful it is to be us. When are you coming near so we can get together and let the girls play.
