So, we all know that Kedzie loves animals right?! Right. Giraffes, Elephants and Horses are her favorites.
So, we needed to get Kedzie potty trained and we used a horse as an incentive. After our "hell week," she had to have fourteen days with no accidents. Friends said "good luck with that one." Well, Kedzie did it! She is now potty trained and as a reward, we had to find a horse to ride.
Too bad we weren't in Utah! But, we found one. Thunder, an 18 yo pony. Kedzie was disappointed that it wasn't the full blown, big horse, but she nows says that she needs to "grow bigger and bigger like a mom" to ride a big horse here. Anyway, she rode Thunder for an hour and was soooo very sad to leave. She had a wonderful time. 
So did Ethan! He watched and watched all the horses and wanted to pet them. He played with horse shoes and ran for the mud puddles. Stopped in the nick of time. It was a beautiful afternoon for a horse ride.
We can't wait to go visit family to ride a horse again.

VERY Cute! Kedzie can ride our horses anytime! I heard she may get riding lessons?!? Yay, for having her potty trained!
What you have to follow thru with rewards. he he, I always hope Liv will forget.. Just kidding. She looks so happy hopefully her horse loving with convince you to be back in utah sometimes.
