This is one of my favorite traditions each year. We started it five years ago, I think, when my dear friend Heather was passing away from cancer and she found the "graditudings" in every day. What an example of gratitude. I love this, my kids love this! Each day we write down something we are grateful for. It's a great reminder of all the important things in life.
