So, today was Ethan's first day of pre-school for this year. He went for four months last year, but this year was a new school with new teachers and he was soooo excited. And, the day was great for him. It was only three hours, but he got to play outside and that was the most important thing. I'm grateful for services that are available through our school district to bless our family. Because of the early intervention program, Ethan is talking like a rock star and I have tools in my pocket! He came home asking "is it already fall mom?" He is learning and growing every day. I love it and I love my Ethan!
At story time this summer, the kids planted a sunflower seed in a pot and brought them home. Both Kedzie and Ethan planted their seeds in our yard, but as you can see, Ethan's took flight. Unfortunately, Kedzie's did not. The plant just bloomed yesterday and the whole thing is at least a foot taller than Travis. Ethan is so proud of his gardening skills. It's been fun to watch Ethan watch his sunflower grow and grow and grow.

That first picture is priceless! And definitely says a thousand words ;). I was talking to Ethan on Sunday and noticed how great his speech was - very impressive!
Amazing sunflower! He is so cute. I bet he just loves school. He is just so social!
