Halloween 2009

With so many halloween activities, you just try and pin down what exactly you are going to dress up as. It's a tough decision! Believe me. Really, believe Kedzie and Ethan. Kedzie was three different princesses (Blue Cinderella, White Cinderella and an un-named princess) and Ethan was four different "guys" (Darth Vader, Buzz Lightyear, a Zebra and a Fireman). As you can see in the following pictures. We had a great Halloween "season!"

Saturday, we hit boo at the zoo. Oh so much fun. So many great costumes and awesome treats. We got to enjoy the holiday with mom and Karen. We all had a great time.
Alex was the cutest Lion ever seen.
Here's Kedzie as Princess Cinderella. Ethan as a Zebra and Alex the Lion.
Kedzie as Princess. I don't know if she ever said what princess she was exactly.
Ethan, costume #4, Fireman.
Fellow trick-or-treaters. All these kids were running from house to house to house. It was a fun night for all of us. Thanks to the Busch's, Thornton's, Schaf's and Gibson's.
The spooky family photo! I was a witch doctor, in case you didn't get it. Travis made a great hippy and the kids...as crazy as ever.
The kids and Grandma Mary sponsored a festive tea party. All our wonderful friends came to enjoy the good eats. It was an awesome party.

We are so excited for November to be here. It's going to be busy. Mom's birthday, Thanksgiving a cruise without pre-school aged children, Christmas decorations...watch out, it's almost 2010! Enjoy the season.

Looks like fun! I love that you and Travis dressed up too. I know I would get the party pooper award when I told my kids I was dressing up as a mommy.

PS I like your chart idea. I think I will give it a try.

I love how your entire family gets all dressed up, I bet your kids love that. I am a total loser of a mom, I never dress up!
