These pictures posted a little backwards, so here is Alex ready for his ride home from the hospital! He looks so bright eyed and happy doesn't he?! He slept the whole way home of course. He's already longer, in under a week because I had to adjust the car seat today for our first outing to Chic-fil-a!

My first child that got a pacifier before he was even 24 hours old! He likes it 50% of the time.

Great sibling picture, isn't it?! Well, it's the first one we could get and the best one at the hospital. Unfortunately, we didn't get the greatest pictures of Alex at the hospital. I'm sad about that, but hopefully he'll forgive. At least we had the camera out and we used it, they were just blurry for some reason. Anyway....

Here is Alex all snuggled up to me shortly after his birth. We love him so much already. It's hard to believe that he hasn't always been in our family. He is a wonderful baby. He woke up last night to eat at 2am and 6am. I couldn't ask for anything more. We'll see if it lasts, but I'm loving it. He is Mr. Chill. We adore him. Tomorrow he'll be one week old and it's already going so quickly. We are blessed to have him in our home.
And FYI, my back and walk are improving slowly. I'm not such a "penguin" anymore. Hallelujah!

I'm waiting for birth to cure my waddle too! Emily, he is adorable! Really, so cute! I'm impressed you got out for an outing so soon! Keep me posted on the adjustments to 3! :) What a blessing these babies are!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so excited for you and very happy to see pictures.
He is perfect! What a fun addition. Yay, that you can walk better!
So fun for your family to finally have him here!! That first week is always tough, but sounds like you guys are doing awesome!! We are still waiting for ours to make her grand entrance ... any day ...
Can't wait to meet this little guy.
Congratulations! He is adorable. As I am 5 weeks away from ours I can relate to the penguin walk and the pain. I'm really glad you are feeling better and that your family is enjoying this new little gift you have. :)
Yay! I'm so glad I found your blog. I'm going to add you to mine I hope that's ok. Alex is a beautiful baby boy who looks like a Ravsten! He is super cute! I hope you are doing well.
Cute , Cute, Cute !
I am so glad you are feeling better.
I'm so glad to have found your blog and also that you found mine! I kept meaning to comment on here and let you know to check mine out, but never got around to it. I actually do more with our blog than on facebook, so that's the place to look if you really want to know what's going on with us.
You have such a cute little family and your newest addition is no exception. Hope those first few weeks of having a newborn (and more kids than hands) goes well!
It is nice to hear that Mom and Alex are doing well. He is adorable. A great addition to your cute family. I shouldn't have any trouble remembering your boys names. Did I tell you Aaron's brother Ben, his two oldest boys are also Ethan and Alex. Love the names!
Take care of yourself and I hope you can get enough rest to function. It can be tough for awhile.
Love you!
