It's almost Christmas right?! Okay, so it's still November, but our family is ready for the Christmas holiday season. We're ready for the Turkey and stuffing too, don't get us wrong.
Here's the thing: we leave for Utah for Thanksgiving in Cache Valley at 6:30AM on Thursday morning. Hoping for good weather. Then, we get back on the 2nd. Only to turn around...if you get jealous, don't read the next sentence, cuz I can't take it...and leave for a Western Carribbean Cruise on the 7th for a week. So, Christmas just HAD to go up this weekend. And, we are darn excited about it.
In addition to the tree and all the nativity's and crazy nick-nacks (is that with an n or a k?) we had to go see Santa. Kedzie would NOT stop talking about it for three days. Intially she just wanted to go to the mall to see the dogs and kitties, but then when she found out Santa was already there...! Enough Said. Kedzie was in love with Santa while Ethan gave the guy a high five, that's all he could muster this year. Kedzie asked for a Pink Sleeping Beauty Horse and Sleeping Beauty and Ethan asked for a "Ba(ll)." We shall see if they could ever get so lucky.
So, here's to you, our friends and family...Happy Holidays! Beginning with Thanksgiving of course, followed by a magical Christmas and an exceedingly happy New Year!

Is Ethan feeling better? Travis filled us in on what happened at church - I had no idea! Sorry for the more-stressful-than-necessary morning. Happy travels, happy thanksgiving and happy cruise (even if I have to choke on that last one a little bit!). J/K. :)

Are the kids going on the cruise with you? - Aaron and i just went on a cruise in February. It was so relaxing.

Hi Emily, I am so glad I found you on facebook, I was looking at your cute blog, you will have to look at mine and you will find Gail's blog on there. Gail has three cute kids and Jan has 2, her oldest will be turning 21 next year. Do you stay in contact with many of our old friends, ok not really OLD frineds :-)

Emily, I was so surprised to hear from you. I think about you guys a lot. Our moms were such good friends and I have a lot of memories that include you both. You have such a beautiful family, too, and congratulations on your pregnancy. It is so neat to hear what's going on in your life. Tell your mom "hi" for me.
