Farmers?!

So...Utah!  The home of horses, cows, cats, chickens, chicks, tractors, four wheelers, dogs, did I say horses and chickens?  Are my children going to run a farm when they grow up? Are we going to have to get a horse?   Can it live in our backyard in suburbia?
When Ethan thought that Kedzie and Travis were going on the tractor without him...he let me know that he wasn't very happy about it at all!  Good they could all fit!
Kedzie was in our cousins chicken coup, with 25 chickens mind you, for well over one hour!  She was proud of the poop she wore on her shirt and pants.  She wore her cowgirl boots for a reason!  It was all we could do to get her out of that little shed!  I think we bribed her with a cat or ice cream or something of that nature.  Thanks to the Coombs for their horses, and chickens.  Not to mention the good company and food.
Ethan and Kedzie both got to ride on Twisty.  They were both thrilled.
Check out the grin on Kedzie's face!
In Clarkston we found more chickens and horses; in addition to calves and cows. Kids=in heaven!  Kedzie had to touch each nose of each calf she saw.  Ethan just watched and watched and soaked it all up.  Thanks to the farmers of Northern Utah!
